Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduled appointments within policy may transfer the retainer to a new date (one reschedule per retainer).
Cancellations outside of the policy or No Shows will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Unpaid balances will result in the loss of booking privileges.
