Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduled appointments within policy may transfer the retainer to a new date. One reschedule is permitted per retainer.
Cancellations made outside of the policy or No Shows will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Unpaid balances will result in the loss of booking privileges.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late are subject to appointment cancellation.
If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible at (402) 915-1716. Any adjusted arrival time must be communicated in advance and agreed upon.
Without prior communication and an agreed-upon arrival time, appointments arriving 15 minutes or more late will be canceled.
No separate late fee will be charged. However, appointments canceled due to late arrival will be treated as missed appointments and may be subject to the cancellation policy.
